I am so excited to tell you guys about the NEW Les Mills program coming out! Yes, BeachBody has done it again and Les Mills will not only have their PUMP workout, but COMBAT will be coming soon, very soon! Pre-orders will be starting this fall and will ship out around December – perfect for a loved one (or yourself) for Christmas!! I have always wanted to try some sort of martial arts, so this is my perfect opportunity to start – I am excited to get this program!

Beachbody Les Mills Combat will be available for pre-order this fall and be to you just in time for Christmas.  This is filmed and produced in Auckland, New Zealand.  This workout will be a combination of the best mixed martial arts such as:
