21 Day Fix EXTREME Shopping List

The shopping list for 21 Day Fix Extreme was slightly adjusted compared to the original 21 Day Fix. Extreme is about results and shredding down, so there are not “treats” like wine and chocolate allowed (damn!) The original Fix allowed this! Here is the shopping list of allowed foods:   As you can see, there are a few foods/ingredients that Autumn allows on the Fix Extreme, but they are avoided on Autumns personal meal plan. Did you hear the awesome news? 21 Day Fix Extreme is NOW available! Last year when 21 Day Fix originally released, it sold out 3 times!!! I can’t rave enough over this program… I have never seen so many amazing results and results THAT STICK because of this program! 10 Steps to a NEW YOU!

Whew, sorry for being MIA the past couple of weeks – between moving and vacationing with my fiancé, I have been a busy lady! I have to start by saying.. It’s a beautiful thing when you first see the scale drop when you have hypothyroid or adrenal issues. You know it can be a roller coaster of emotions and even a roller coaster of gaining/losing weight.. but when you lose a pound, keep it off and then lose another 3 — THATS a beautiful thing! I am not going to sugar coat it, losing weight is not always the easiest and keeping it off can be a bit difficult — but once you get a system, do your research and really understand what your body is doing and what your body is telling you — thats when it becomes easier and a way of life. I dont workout and eat healthy to be “skinny” — I do it bc I want to feel great and my doctor will bitch at me otherwise! So I might as well do my part. Your mentality is KEY! You have a disease. You have a hard time losing weight. You feel tired. Your moody. Your slow. You might have low or no sex drive. You don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. I get it.. I understand. Throw yourself a pity party for 5 minutes and then get your ass up and do something about it! Its not going to change itself. DECIDE. Decide right now you’re not going to let this consume you. Regardless if you have been diagnosed or you just have the symptoms — YOU are capable of overcoming the setbacks. It’s Sunday – your planning day. The day to reevaluate how you are going to run your week and NOT let the week run you! If you haven’t already calculate how many calories a day you should be consuming! If you are eating too little, you are slowing your metabolism even more than what it is. You body thinks its starving so it will store body fat! I like using www.FreeDieting.com and then use the calculator to figure out your daily caloric intake. You should get 3 numbers, never use the last number, its almost always too little and you should never be eating less than 1200 cals a day anyway. Find a method of tracking your food. I like www.MyFitnessPal.com – its free and has a database of most foods and their nutrient value stored. Even restaurant foods. You will be surprised what you see! There is an app for your phone as well. I don’t suggest using the calorie calculator they provide, only bc it is not super accurate. And Remember – “if you bite, you write it” — anything you consume, even a bite, goes into the journal. Make a grocery list. I...

So excited to be the feature Inspiration Story for Food Mood Girl‘s blog!!! —> you can click here to see it, or just read below! 😉 Can you tell our readers a little bit about yourself?  My name is Krystal Bland and I am a mom of two beautiful little girls – Karsyn and Kady, engaged to my best friend Stu and we live in Austin, TX. We love to travel. Snowboarding and planting my bum on the beach are always at the top of my lists, but anything outdoors I am totally into. i have always been a very driven person, whether it was in sports or achieving in my job, but after having 2 kids, I completely lost myself in being a mom, working a dead end full-time job and just having no goals or any clue where I wanted to go in my life. I was content with just doing the daily grind (I feel like a lot of mom’s go through that sometimes). After going through my fitness journey I have found a whole new passion in life. I have goals, I love helping people see their own potential in life, I quit my dead end job and now I have the opportunity to work from home owning my own fitness business. I now stay home with my kids and fiance and I get to be fully present in their life. THAT makes me happy! At what point in your life did you decide to make a change to better your health?  Fitness and nutrition was never an important aspect in my life, but after having my second daughter, I was fed up with how I looked, I was depressed and almost a hermit. Going into a dressing room was like the “walk of doom” and I just prayed that whatever was in my hand was going to fit. Sitting at a solid size 14/16 and weighing 180 pounds, I was ready for change, on the inside and out. i think it was 2am, probably eating ice cream or chips, and I was watching this infomercial and I finally decided to order my first every workout program. That day has forever changed my life. No more diet pills or crazy crash diets, just straight up sweat and working out. Since I started doing TurboFire, I have now lost 60 pounds, educated myself on what nutrition is really all about and I have found a passion for helping others realize that exercise and eating healthy is not a bad thing. What does being healthy mean to you? For me being healthy means I am living an active, balanced, mentally positive life.
